We strive to maintain the highest standards in pet care services, including dog walking, grooming, veterinary consultations, and pet product deliveries. While occasional challenges may arise, our grievance policy ensures swift action and customer satisfaction.

Our Grievance Policy

1. Walker Unavailability

  • If your assigned walker or groomer is unavailable, we’ll arrange for a replacement at the earliest.
  • If no immediate replacement is available, we will extend your subscription by adding the missed walk to ensure you receive the full value of your plan.

2. Inconsistent Service Attendance

  • For cases where the walker doesn’t adhere to the schedule, we’ll investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
  • Depending on the issue, we will extend your subscription by adding the missed walk to ensure you receive the full value of your plan.

3. Behavior Concerns

  • At TailSphere, we uphold a zero-tolerance policy for misbehavior. We will immediately investigate any reports of inappropriate conduct by our staff.
  • Necessary disciplinary action will be taken, and the service provider will be replaced without delay.

4. Service Quality Issues

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our service, we will address and resolve the issue promptly.
  • To make up for any inconvenience, we will extend your subscription by adding the missed walk, ensuring you receive the full value of your plan.

5. Subscription Cancellation:

  • If a customer cancels the subscription without any issue, ₹500 will be deducted from the refund.

6. Dog Bite Incident:

  • If a dog bites someone other than the walker, the company will cover 50% of the expenses, and the customer will cover the remaining 50%.

7. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

  • TailSphere follows a strict no-refund policy as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. However, exceptions may be considered in cases of:
    • Pet’s untimely demise
    • Bookings from unserviceable locations
  • Proofs can be submitted to walkwithtails@gmail.com for faster processing.

Walk Deduction & Extension Policy

  1. Cancellation Policy:
    • Customer Cancellation (2+ hours before walk): The walk will be extended.
    • Customer Cancellation (within 2 hours of walk): The walk will be counted.
  2. Pause Time:
    • The minimum pause time for a walk is 3 days.
  3. No-Show Policy:
    • If a customer is unreachable more than 3 times at the scheduled walk time, we will only add a maximum of 3 walks to their account.
  4. Walker Cancellation:
    1. If a walk is cancelled due to any issue from the walker's side, we will extend all such walks.
  5. Wear and Tear Condition:
    1. If there is a wear and tear condition, we will make every effort to ensure the walk happens. If it does not, we will extend the walk.
  6. National Leave:
    1. No Extensions: We will not extend any walks scheduled on national leave days, as these are counted as government holidays. Some of these government holidays include:

      • Holi
      • Id-ul-Zuha (Bakrid) [Regional]
      • Independence Day
      • Rakshabandhan [Regional]
      • Gandhi Jayanti
      • Diwali (Deepavali)
      • Christmas Day
